Mike Short founded Raven Property Watch after spending nearly 30 years serving homeowners and commercial property owners who depended on clear communication, reliable follow-through, and attention to detail. Throughout his career, he has seen firsthand how small issues can become costly problems when no one is paying attention.

That experience shaped the foundation of Raven Property Watch. The company was built on a simple idea: homeowners who are away from their property deserve a trusted local presence and the confidence that someone is looking out for their interests.
